Our diverse range of classes is designed to meet the needs of every family member, no matter your age or fitness level. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve flexibility, or enjoy a fun workout with your kids, we have something for everyone!

Class DescriptionS

Revamp: Strength & conditioning class featuring barbell lifts, kettlebells, dumbbells, bodyweight exercises, and cardio.

 

Cycle class: is a 45-minute cardio session emphasizing technique and drills for a challenging workout led by an instructor.

 

Barre: is a whole-body workout workout that targets deep muscles not typically engaged in regular gym exercises. High reps and low-impact movements are used to strengthen and sculpt muscles.

 

Cycle & Core: a 45-minute high-energy session combining cycling with core and ab exercises

 

Tri-Fit: A 45-minute class that blends the 3 S's -

spin, strength, and stretch.

 

Fusion Fit: A 45-minute class structured with stations incorporating kettlebells, dumbbells, body weight & core exercises, cardio, and TRX movements.

 

Full Body HIIT: 45 minute full body high intensity class implemented dumbells, kettlebells and body weight movements

 

Yoga Class: participants are led through different physical postures, breathing exercises, and stretches. The aim is to enhance strength, flexibility, and mental health.
